Today is my little princess’ 2nd birthday. Instead of having a big party, her daddy and I decided to just take her out to enjoy herself.
You see, she’s still a bit afraid of mascots. Since she’s just 2 and most of her cousins and friends are bigger than her, she can’t enjoy much of the games either. If we’ll have a party at a food place, she’s limited to which food she can it. So we just decided on a day out.
I think it was a good decision. The day was all about her. I didn’t have to think about guests to entertain, or if there’s enough food. I didn’t have to worry if I was going over my budget. It was a day with just one purpose in mind, for her to enjoy.
