Babies (Birth to 1 year)

Kindergarten to Middle School (6-14 years)

Once your child starts going to school, they should be getting a minimum of 9 hours of sleep. Set up an age-appropriate bedtime and have all electronic devices be turned off at least an hour prior. You should also set screen time restrictions on your child’s phone so that they can’t be exposed to the blue light when they should be asleep.
